You have been able to order fabric samples from us for some time now. This can avoid some unnecessary selection orders. Which is definitely very good for the environment.

You can choose up to 4 different fabric patterns and we will send them to you quickly by post. We charge €10 for this. You can then redeem this again with a voucher for your later purchase.

A special case is the braces. Make sure that the leather does not get wet. It is naturally tanned and can stain easily if it gets wet.

How to check whether one of our men's suspenders fits you in length.

1. Take a tape measure. A second person isn't bad either :)
   
2. Measure from the waistband of your pants (center back) over one of your right shoulders to the waistband at the front (approx. 10 cm right of center). The best way to do this is to put on the pants with which the suspenders will be worn later.
   
3. Check whether the measured length is between …cm and …. If that is the case, then the suspenders will fit.

To check the children's suspenders, you do the first two steps almost identically. The children's suspenders should fit if the measured length is between ...cm and ...cm.

Since cufflinks are special, they also need a special shirt. They can only be worn with a fold-over cuff. When purchasing your shirt, make sure it doesn't have the usual sports cuff. Here we explain in more detail what this is all about.

If for some reason one of your accessories is no longer complete or is defective (e.g. a leather loop on your suspenders is missing), then write us a message. It's best to take a photo so we can assess what needs to be done. We are going to find a solution.

We only make custom-made products, for example from our own materials, for larger quantities. Please send us a message about this.

After you have submitted your order, you can no longer make any changes yourself. Please send us a request for this as soon as possible. If your order is not already on its way to you, we can change or cancel it according to your wishes.

We strive to ensure that your package reaches you as quickly as possible. It usually takes 2-4 working days for delivery. During peak times it may take a little longer as our shipping service providers sometimes reach their limits.

As soon as your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you will receive an email from us with all the information about tracking the shipment. This way you can always see where your delivery is.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €70 . Below this we charge €4.90 for delivery.

Shipping within the EU costs €5.95 for orders over €70. For orders under €70 we charge €9.95

If, in the case of a partial return, the order value falls below the shipping free limit of €70, we will calculate the corresponding delivery costs and offset them.

Yes, when completing your order you can choose express shipping via DHL instead of standard shipping. Express shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €15. Please note that in the event of a complete return, only the costs for standard shipping will be reimbursed.

Within Germany you can also have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation. When entering the delivery address, pay attention to the following:

• first name Name
• Packstation, number - (street, house number)
• Postal number - (additional address)
• ZIP / City

PayPal, direct debit, advance payment…

If you don't like something in your order, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that we charge a flat rate of €5.95 for returns. These will be offset against the refund amount.

2. After 1-2 working days you will receive an answer from us by email including a return label.

3. Make sure that the item has not been worn or has any form of contamination and send it back in the original packaging and with all tags.

4. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the products.

By tracking your return, you can see when it will arrive with us.

Once we have received it, it usually takes up to 7 days for us to process and check it. You will then receive your refund.
